Every finished job should end in a Google review.
RepPilot asks every customer for a review, replies in your voice, keeps your Business Profile posting weekly, and emails you the report on the 1st. You do the work. It does the reputation.
Month to month. No contract. No sales call.
What it looks like — sample output
“They came out same day and the final price was exactly the quote. Fixed the compressor in under an hour.”
● 1–2 star reviews get a second safety check before anything posts.
From job ticket to Google review, on rails.
Five things happen in order, every week, without you touching any of them.
Connect your jobs
Point a job-completion webhook at RepPilot or upload a CSV. Works with anything that knows a job is done — field-service software, your POS, or a spreadsheet.
Every customer gets asked
A text (or email, if that's all you have) with your review link goes out to every customer — no cherry-picking. One follow-up 72 hours later, never more. Quiet hours respected, STOP honored instantly.
Replies drafted in your voice
New reviews arrive through the official Google Business Profile API. AI drafts a reply from the tone profile you set up once. 1–2 star reviews pass a second safety check; anything held waits in your weekly digest for a one-click OK.
Your profile posts weekly
A “What's New” post goes up on your Business Profile every week, so your listing never looks abandoned to Google or to customers comparing you at 9pm.
The report shows up
On the 1st of the month, a PDF report lands in your inbox: new reviews, rating trend, requests sent, replies posted. Forward it to whoever asks how marketing is going.
Everything included at $59. No tiers, no add-ons.
Asks everyone, every time
Every completed job triggers a review request. We never filter by how happy the customer seemed — that's review gating, and it's against Google policy and FTC rules.
Official Google API only
Reviews sync through the Google Business Profile API — no scraping, no browser hacks, nothing that breaks the day Google changes a page layout.
Your voice, not a bot's
At onboarding you set tone sliders, banned phrases, and paste one reply you love. Every draft follows that profile, signed the way you sign.
Guardrail on the hard ones
Angry review? The drafted reply goes through a second, independent safety check before posting. Anything that fails is held for your approval — never auto-posted.
Texts that behave
Messages send between 8am and 8pm in the customer's timezone, opt-outs stop everything instantly, and sending runs on registered A2P 10DLC numbers.
Reports without asking
Weekly digest with anything needing your OK. Monthly PDF with the numbers that matter. That's the whole workload on your side.
One flat rate. It's the whole point of the offer.
Both plans are month to month. Cancel from your billing portal any time — no retention call, no notice period.

Fair questions, straight answers.
Do you filter which customers get asked for a review?
No. We invite every customer to review — no gating. Filtering by sentiment (only asking the happy ones) violates Google policy and FTC rules, so we don't do it and won't add it. Every completed job gets one request and at most one follow-up. Your rating is earned, which is also why it holds up.
What do you post as replies?
Drafts follow your tone profile — the sliders, banned phrases, and sample reply you set at onboarding. Routine replies post automatically. 1–2 star replies pass a second safety check before anything goes live; if that check isn't fully confident, the draft is held and shows up in your weekly digest for a one-click approve or edit.
Which platforms do you cover?
Google — the one that decides whether you show up in the map pack. Everything runs through the official Google Business Profile API. We don't scrape, and we don't pretend to automate platforms whose terms don't allow it.
Is texting my customers legal?
Done properly, yes — and we only do it properly. Messages go to your own customers about a job they hired you for, send between 8am and 8pm their local time, include STOP opt-out that's honored instantly, and are sent from A2P 10DLC registered numbers. One follow-up maximum, ever.
How much work is this for me?
About ten minutes at the start: fill in your tone profile and connect your Google Business Profile. After that, your only job is a weekly digest email — approve or edit any held replies, done. Most weeks that's under two minutes.
What if I want to cancel?
It's month to month. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal any time and you won't be charged again. Your review history stays on Google — it was always yours.
Your next review is one finished job away.
Set up the tone profile once, connect Google, and let the flywheel run. $59 a location, flat, month to month.
